| I took my 92 Toyota truck in because it was running poorly. Thought it could possibly be a pin hole leak in one of the hoses. It turned out to be the number 2 cylinder. Toyexes did a good job of diagnosing the problem; however, they did not a have a solution. they don't do engine work and did not have a recommendation.. I had to find someone else to work on the truck. Can't really say anything else. |

| Recently, I had a bunch of things done to my truck and when I picked it up, I noticed it started leaking in the parking lot! The failed part was replaced again but quality control needs to improve. I live across town so it was a hassle to have to come back and pick up the truck again. Another day I had an alignment done, which they outsource, but it pulled to the right very quickly so it had to be done again. Another quality control opportunity! Otherwise, Paul and his people always treat me right and give it to me straight. I understand things can go wrong and they always make sure the problem is fixed and I am happy with the service. I will still recommend Toyexus to anyone as they are awesome and worth the drive across town! |

| We had a tight timeline in which to get repairs done in order to pass an emissions test. We not only got a quick appt, but also the repairs. AND, they drove our car to the emissions testing place! So easy for us. And the staff was both knowledgeable, efficient, and so considerate of our needs. |

| Very Good Service |

| They do great work, but it took forever to get my parts so I drove around without shocks for 2 weeks which I am sure was not good for the car. They said it would be okay but now the car feels loose and occasionally makes funny noises it didn?t make before. Communication could have been better as to when the parts would come in. |

| This place is my go-to for anything important or complicated on my car. Paul always takes good care of me and the work is always done quickly and professionally. The location really works well for me too. I would give 5 stars for the quality of work and the good people that work there, but have to give a 4 overall because their prices are pretty high. I guess you get what you pay for though... |

| My car runs very well and they are very nice to work with! I would like a tad more communication when you leave the keys off, a monetary estimate second review, even if you think it was done over the phone prior to the appt. I will ALWAYS take my car to Pau and David, as I know the job will be done right! Thank you guys for excellence! Deborah |

| They did provide good service; however, took 3 days to get me in. Their hourly rate is expensive so comparing themselves to a dealer is not necessarily cheaper. |

| I usually give them a 5, but this time they forgot to call me after the diagnosis and did the repair without authorization. Since it was only 1 part and $200 or so total, it was no big deal. If it was thousands of dollars I would've been very upset! Otherwise, these guys are still my mechanics for life! |

| I had my oil changed on my first appointment. I returned for a transmission flush/refill and a brake fluid flush/refill. I was happy overall with the service experience. I liked the service people I spoke with and feel that I can trust them. I had a two o' clock appointment for my oil change. They were very busy and a bit behind, so I was there an hour and a half. I took the large number of customers as a good sign. My only complaint is that I would have liked to have had some fresh coffee during my wait. |

| I scheduled an oil change and brake check. After 3 weeks my appointment arrived and I took my car in early. It was an inconvienience that I called in the afternoon to check on my car and discovered my car hadn't been serviced yet and no quote was ready. I was called in the late afternoon to find out my oil change was complete and I was told about the cost of the brake service needed. There was no time left in the day for new brake pads which I wanted. So I picked up my car satisfied with a good oil change...but I guess I will go elsewhere for brake pads and shoes because I don't want to be on the waiting list again. I hoped to get brake service and oil in one appointment. Still they seem to be good honest folks, and this was my first experience using their shop. |

| I?d give zero rating if I could. Very disappointed in my last service. Spent over $3000 and most of the stuff I originally came in for is still not fixed. Some things are worse than when I came in. When I get some free time I will be leaving a review on google about this. Def won?t be coming back here. Lost my trust. Can?t believe all the money I spent to still be having the same problems. |

| I came in to have my suspension light looked at-detailed the reason for coming in. Paid and left the shop to find my light was still blinking-called them back to let them know-they said they thought I came for an oil change-but did notice my car suspension appeared to be higher than normal. They seemed incompetent and would no way go back. |
