| This is the first time we have been in for repairs. The first thing I noticed is how welcoming you guys are. I felt a good vibe from the shop and could tell you take pride in the services you provide. I also noticed the shop was busy. Overall it was a great experience. 100% sure you will be the first call for service! |

| David was very easy to deal with. He always explained what my options were and what he knew about similar situations. I needed an engine replaced and that was a large project to reattach to a hybrid car but they very meticulously did the job and it has been running well ever since it left their shop. |

| I have taken my current and previous car to Toyexus, that means close to 10 years. Paul and his crew do a great job at good prices. My husband also takes his car there. Being close to the Broadway station makes it very convenient to drop the car off and get to work. I really like the online ability to check your maintenance records. |

| I was grateful for the guidance and promptness Dave accorded us. He was patient and his explanations for the work required on our Honda were succinct. He got us in his shop sooner than he had initially projected. We'll go back with an Infiniti soon! Thank you Dave for a job well done! |

| Always accomodating and can work around your schedule. Plus light rail is just a block away if you need to leave the car and get to work. Will explain what needs to be done, what can wait to be done too. No hard sell here. |

| Well, it was a wasted $37.00, you did a inspection on my car to figure out the rattle, I was told that it was the strut mounts, and to replace them would cost a little over $900.00, so to get a second opinion I went to Brakes Plus and explained what Toyexus said, they took the car for a ride and told me it was the sway bar bushings, and it would cost $165.00 to fix, so I had them do the job, now the rattle is gone and the car rides real smooth. Brakes Plus Saved me over $700.00. So I'm not real happy with Toyexus.... |

| It is a good feeling to trust a car repair shop. It's one of those situations where you always wonder if you are being taken advantage of. I have full trust and confidence in Paul's shop. I know they are not trying to get me to buy unnecessary repairs, and that the work is of high quality. Honest, fair, and pleasant to deal with. What more could you ask for? |
