| I was extremely satisfied with the friendliness of the staff from the time I first called to schedule an appointment to have my car checked out (2008 Toyota RAV4), to when I dropped it off, to when I picked it up. The estimate was lower that two others I received, which seemed more fair based on my research. They also went ahead and did some other maintenance while they were in there and gave me a discount on that, so the total was only slightly above the quote. I really appreciated that they took the initiative to put some extra thought into their work and take preventive measures on fixing something else. I will definitely come here again for service! |

| Once again, Paul and his team took care of me. I had a head gasket leak that took out my 2004 Toyota 4Runner. I was originally quoted a 2 week turn around, but after the first 2 weeks in a rental car, Paul loaned me his shop loaner for the next 6 weeks until the job was done. It took much longer than expected, but it was done right and have had no lingering issues. He discounted the original quote and refilled my AC for free, so despite the long delay, I am extremely satisfied with the work that was done and will continue to bring my vehicles to these guys as long as I own a Japanese car or truck! He even fixed the new hole in the drivers seat cushion I think was created by techs getting in and out of the vehicle so many times with tools on their belt. Thanks again Paul; keep doing what you guys do best!!! |
