| Definitely a 5 all the way. I own a 2002 Highlander that was hit on the street. The bumper and grill were so loose that they were in danger of falling off. A new one would've cost me at least $1200. Spending that kind of money on a 16-year-old car would've hurt a lot. But Paul and his crew were able to drill new holes and bolt the bumper and grill back on. Now it is tight again. When Paul told me it cost only $140 I was floored. These guys are the best! |

| Paul and his team could not reproduce my starting issue while changing my oil and even replaced a part no longer under warranty from a previous fix. He did not charge me for the diagnostics and only charged me for the oil change. This is why I travel across town for this mechanic...he really takes care of me and if he cannot find what is broken, I am not charged an arm and a leg for the diagnosis that did not find anything! Keep up the great work you are doing! I will continue to refer people to Toyexus as I have been doing for years! |
