| We had a great experience with Toyexus. We dropped off our '04 Land Cruiser with a steering issue. They diagnosed the issue, ordered replacement parts, and had the vehicle ready within about 48 hours of our appointment. We didn't get the usual run-around about all of these other repairs we should consider, and the bill was actually less than I had expected. |

| Overall, I was very happy with the service?the work was excellent, and most of the staff I interacted with were friendly and professional. The only part that wasn?t as positive was my interaction with the front desk associate who provides updates and quotes. She came across as a bit curt and annoyed with questions, which made the experience less pleasant. Aside from that, everything else was great |

| Recently, I had a bunch of things done to my truck and when I picked it up, I noticed it started leaking in the parking lot! The failed part was replaced again but quality control needs to improve. I live across town so it was a hassle to have to come back and pick up the truck again. Another day I had an alignment done, which they outsource, but it pulled to the right very quickly so it had to be done again. Another quality control opportunity! Otherwise, Paul and his people always treat me right and give it to me straight. I understand things can go wrong and they always make sure the problem is fixed and I am happy with the service. I will still recommend Toyexus to anyone as they are awesome and worth the drive across town! |

| You provide service in a timely manner, your staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Overpriced. When I get quotes for the same work from other Toyota specialist in the area, your prices are 30-50% higher. Don?t charge people $95 for inspections and quotes. If you want people to be loyal to you, don?t nickel and dime them. I had been bringing my vehicle in for all of its maintenance and have spent thousands of dollar at toyexus. Tony did an inspection of the cambolt and control arms. When Tony called and told me with was 1400 for just one of the control arms, I told him I needed to financial plan for that and would therefore wait on the repair until next month when my credit card statement came out. You nonetheless charged me the $95. This, in addition to you charging way more than other reputable mechanics, caused me to take my business elsewhere. |
